Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of buying strategies that align with our brand's fast fashion ethos.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timeframes with suppliers along with other buying duties
• Analyse consumer buying patterns and predict future trends.
• Regularly review performance indicators, such as sales and discount levels.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and seek new ones.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of operations.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven background in a buying role within the fashion industry, particularly in fast fashion.
• Strong understanding of the latest fashion trends and market demands.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in budget management and merchandising.
• Proficient in using MS Office and other relevant software.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Holiday package of 28 days including bank holidays.
