You will be working for a forward thinking business based in Manchester City Centre , they are a global company who continue to grow due to numerous acquisitions. The role sits within a vibrant fast paced team who work collaboratively and efficiently.
The job requires you to both guide a team and also manage your own portfolio of customers, therefore a leader who is happy to role their sleeves up is essential. Your key duties will consist of; successful lead of your team of circa 6 Credit Controllers, drive stakeholder relationships across the team & business, increase & maintain cash flow, delegate workload across the team, set an example to the team and other ad hoc duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the people management side of Credit Control but also enjoys being involved with the collections process.
To be considered you must have a strong background in Credit Control and have people management experience.
You will be part of a company that actively encourages progression with ample examples of Credit Controller being promoted to Team Leaders and Team Leaders being promoted to Credit Managers. Study Support also complements the above nicely.
