Procurement Manager
Our client, a leading organisation in the property management sector, is seeking a Procurement Manager to support their operations. This role is integral to ensuring efficient contract management, supplier compliance, and procurement processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation, tendering, and negotiation of service contracts.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding of service partners and contractors.
- Monitor supplier compliance with contractual KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Oversee contractor termination processes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Support the sourcing and verification of new service providers.
- Maintain supplier records, contract documentation, and approved supplier lists.
- Assist in tendering processes for new property and asset management contracts.
- Strong IT proficiency and data management skills.
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities.
- Prior experience in procurement, ideally within commercial property management.
