Procurement Manager

Our client, a leading organisation in the property management sector, is seeking a Procurement Manager to support their operations. This role is integral to ensuring efficient contract management, supplier compliance, and procurement processes across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation, tendering, and negotiation of service contracts.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding of service partners and contractors.
  • Monitor supplier compliance with contractual KPIs, conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Oversee contractor termination processes and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support the sourcing and verification of new service providers.
  • Maintain supplier records, contract documentation, and approved supplier lists.
