The Role
As Quality Manager, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and policies.
- Manage a team of quality control staff to monitor product quality and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, including BRC, HACCP, and ISO certifications.
- Collaborate closely with production and R&D teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and operational efficiency.
- Address customer complaints and conduct root cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure that all products meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the supplier quality program, conducting supplier audits, and work with suppliers to resolve any quality issues.
- Report on key quality metrics and performance indicators to senior management.
