The Role
As Quality Manager, you will:
- Leadthe development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and policies.
- Managea team of quality control staff to monitor product quality and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Conductregular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, including BRC, HACCP, and ISO certifications.
- Collaborateclosely with production and R&D teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and operational efficiency.
- Addresscustomer complaints and conductroot cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
- Ensurethat all products meet legal and regulatory requirements.
- Managethe supplier quality program, conducting supplier audits, and workwith suppliers to resolve any quality issues.
- Reporton key quality metrics and performance indicators to senior management.
