Our client are a reputable main contractor who specialise in high rise residential and commercial build projects. Following project completion they are now looking for an Aftercare Quantity Surveyor to join their team! PERM

Ideal candidate:
- Background in property maintenance
- A degree or HNC level qualification
- Ambitious and motivated work attitude
- Strong management skills
- Confident working autonomously
- Adaptive.
Duties will include:
- Office based with the occasional site visits.
- Procuring materials.
- Commercially overseeing the logistics hub.
- Responsible for up to 5 projects in regards to aftercare
- Reporting into the commercial director.
- Identifying commercial risks.
- Monitoring cash flow.
- Conducting CVR's.
- Working closely with the aftercare team.
