An established and growing Chartered Surveying Consultancy is on the lookout for a highly motivated Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their senior team at their modern Manchester office, just a short distance from Manchester Victoria.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a project delivery role. You'll be taking the lead on exciting projects valued up to £70m across the Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors. Your role will include not only managing the entire project lifecycle from inception through to completion but also mentoring and guiding a team of Quantity Surveyors.
The position offers a rare blend of responsibility and autonomy, providing a platform to showcase your leadership skills while delivering top-notch results for high-profile clients. With a clear route to an Associate Director position, this role is perfect for a driven professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic consultancy.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- Previous experience within a consultancy in a senior or associate quantity surveying position
- Degree qualified
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- Comfortable overseeing junior quantity surveyors from a management perspective
- A successful track record leading projects in excess of £20m from inception to completion
