An established and growing Chartered Surveying Consultancy is on the lookout for a highly motivated Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their senior team at their modern Manchester office, just a short distance from Manchester Victoria.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor who thrives in a project delivery role. You'll be taking the lead on exciting projects valued up to 70m across the Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors. Your role will include not only managing the entire project lifecycle from inception through to completion but also mentoring and guiding a team of Quantity Surveyors.
The position offers a rare blend of responsibility and autonomy, providing a platform to showcase your leadership skills while delivering top-notch results for high-profile clients. With a clear route to an Associate Director position, this role is perfect for a driven professional looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic consultancy.
The Associate Quantity Surveyor
- Previous experience within a consultancy in a senior or associate quantity surveying position
- Degree qualified
- Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- Comfortable overseeing junior quantity surveyors from a management perspective
- A successful track record leading projects in excess of 20m from inception to completion
