A leading market National Construction & Property Consultancy in Manchester is looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their growing team.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a thriving team of 15 Quantity Surveying, engaging in a variety of projects, including heritage restorations, new residential constructions, commercial ventures, and educational developments, with values reaching up to 200 million.

This position entails managing a broad spectrum of projects, from extensive educational and commercial undertakings to smaller initiatives, and working within sectors such as Residential Housing and Local Government.

This could be the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role and is looking for the chance to take on more responsibility, get involved in managing more junior surveyors, with a clear career path in place to help you achieve Senior Quantity Surveyor in record time.

The Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Quantity Surveyor will be ambitious, eager for greater responsibility and support from senior management in order to progress into a senior role. You will also have:

  • A successful track record working on projects from to completion
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying BSc or MSc
  • MRICS or committed to achieving
