My client are an exciting interior fitout company who are looking for anQuantity Surveyorto join their commercial team. They work on prestigeous high-rise and commercial projects across the UK.
Duties of the role will include-
- Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor on larger projects from pre-contract to post-contract stage.
- Take offs.
- Measure materials and quantities.
- Obtaining subcontractor quotes.
- Order placement.
- Liaising with subcontractors throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Variations.
- Eventually managing some small works projects yourself.
Their ideal candidate is someone who has previously worked on fitout/refurbishment projects.
