An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a team on a contract basis in Manchester. This role will focus on projects within the industrial sector.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide cost management and budgeting support across industrial projects.

Prepare and manage tenders, contracts, and procurement processes.

Conduct cost analysis, valuations, and risk assessments.

Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

Ensure financial control and adherence to budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
