Are you a Quantity Surveyor with NEC or JCT project experience looking for a role within a rapidly growing company positioned on the forefront of the AI revolution, where you will have the responsibility and autonomy a senior position brings?
Founded in 1912, this UK-based company has evolved from an electrical contractor into a modern business focused on innovative technology solutions, specialising in the design, build, and maintenance of critical infrastructure and Data centres.
In this role you act as a pivotal member of the commercial department, supporting the pre-construction project team. You will be responsible to manage project cost-control including planning and forecasting. Additionally you will be review contracts, feasibility studies and writing reports on plans, contract and budgets.
This role would suit a Contracts Manager with knowledge of NEC / JCT contract frameworks looking for a varied role that offers authority and responsibility of commercial datacentre projects.
The Role:
- Working as a key member of the commercial team, supporting the pre-construction department
- Reviewing contracts, feasibility studies and sub-contractors
- Being responsible for project cost-control
- Hybrid working from an Oldham based office
