This well-established commercial and civil engineering contractor specialise in the developments of commercial projects across the UK offering a high quality and reputable service. Working with the likes of McDonalds, this company are long standing in the industry and growing due to a strong order book with multiple projects active and due to start in January. Now, they are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team and play a vital part in company success and expansion.

In this role you will be based from the office near Eccles and work closely with the Commercial Director whilst having autonomy over your own projects. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, budgets and managing cost planning throughout the project lifecycles. You will work closely with contractors, clients and key stakeholders to manage the tender process as well as ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to quality standards. You will be predominantly based from the office with site visits once/twice per month.

To be successful in this role you must have previous quantity surveying experience within a groundworks or civils capacity. You must be proficient in cost management and have strong commercial acumen. This is an office based role so you must be commutable to the Eccles area.
