A nationwide Property Management company is looking for someone to manage a newly acquired residential development, with the capacity to take on more sites over the course of the following months. This site is based in West Manchester.

A successful candidate would ideally be able to hit the ground running with this opportunity and will be able to work from home from the start. More frequent visits to site and the office during training may be needed.
You will ideally be TPI (IRPM) qualified or similar, however applications qualified by experience will also be considered.
Salary ranges between £38,000 - £42,000 (+ bonus + benefits!) on top of an extra £3,600 added on for car allowance. Higher salaries can always be discussed if experienced.
