A nationwide Property Management company is looking for someone to manage a newly acquired residential development from the in-house office. This site is based in West Manchester and will consist of one high-rise block of apartments.
The business has outstanding reviews and their reputation is highly indicated from their quick growth, internal progression and working with regional and national developers!
You will be working directly with one of their clients to ensure the block is well maintained and high standards of living are met. You will be looking after the tenants, some building staff and reporting and discuss any major works directly to the client.
A successful candidate would have prior experience with block management within the BTR sector ideally.
Salary ranges between £38,000 - £42,000 (+ bonus + benefits!). Higher salaries can always be discussed if experienced.
