We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Lettings to lead the lettings function of a growing Build to Rent developer and operator. This is an exciting opportunity for a Leasing Manager to play a key role in driving rental growth, optimising occupancy levels, and enhancing the customer experience for this leading BTR provider.

As Head of Lettings, you will oversee the entire lettings function, ensuring properties are marketed effectively, teams are performing at their best, and customer relationships are maintained at the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lettings function, driving maximum occupancy and rental growth.
  • Develop creative marketing strategies, including customer incentives and rewards, to attract tenants.
  • Oversee effective processes for referencing, decision-making, and managing new tenancies.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure seamless collaboration across teams.
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the management team and rent committee.
  • Drive continuous improvement in lettings processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, Maintenance, and Resident Services Teams to launch new developments and minimise void periods.
  • Lead and develop the Lettings Team Leader, fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct regular competitor analysis to maximise rental potential.
  • Implement business efficiencies through technology and innovation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 ARLA Propertymark qualification or NFOPP qualifications
  • Full understanding of lettings legislation and previous experience in a similar role
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus and a commercially aware, sales-focused attitude
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting tight deadlines
