Amour Recruitment is seeking a Tenant/Lettings Manager for a company in Eccles, Manchester, focused on an affordable Build to Rent scheme.
The role involves property inspections, tenant viewings, handling queries, and ensuring proper letting of flats.

The position requires a salary of £27,000 with an additional £3,000 annual bonus.
Applicants should have relevant experience in lettings and be available to work Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:30.

Amour Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a fantastic company who is seeking a Tenant/lettings Manager who will be responsible for delivering a full operational solution to existing and prospective tenants in an affordable Build to Rent scheme based in Eccles, Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out property inspections
Arranging and attending tenant viewings
Point of contact for tenant queries or disputes
Responsible for making sure flats are let correctly.
Preparation of regular reports

Personal Requirements:

Ability to work on own initiative
Good business acumen
An understanding of lettings

Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730

Salary: £27,000 plus £3k annual bonus
