Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic, career-driven Lettings Manager or an experienced Senior Lettings Consultant wanting to progress into Management, with experience in the current rental market. As the Lettings Manager, you will lead and manage the lettings team, ensuring the smooth operation of all lettings activities and meeting targets for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and lead the operations of the lettings team to drive success.

  • Conduct appraisals and secure instructions for residential rental properties.

  • Ensure high-quality customer care and service at all stages of the lettings process.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual targets for lettings business.

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings and secure property lets.

  • Maintain full compliance with all legal obligations within the lettings sector.

  • Stay updated with market trends and available properties.

  • Lead morning meetings and conduct monthly 1-2-1 sessions with staff.

  • Provide staff training, development, and support for team growth.

  • Manage the overall success and productivity of the lettings team.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a Senior Lettings role, with a proven track record in securing new business.

  • Experience in line management and staff supervision.

  • Expertise in listing and property valuation.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • High level of customer service with a professional telephone manner.

  • Tenacity and self-drive to succeed and meet targets.

  • Ability to build and nurture lasting client and colleague relationships.

  • A flexible and responsive approach to change.

  • A full UK driving license.
