A nationwide Property Management company is looking for someone to support a newly acquired residential development from the in-house office. This site is based in West Manchester and will consist of one high-rise block of apartments.
Your role will be to co-ordinate the lettings process and minimise voids using local and specialist teams. This new position has been created to maximise overall performance, compliance, income and profitability of the department; so someone with a keen attitude for success would work well in this spot.

This will be a varied role ranging from corporate client meetings to discuss lettings strategies to carrying out property visits and viewings.
A successful candidate for this position would have prior experience in a residential lettings or asset management role.
Salary is a base rate of £25,000 + bonus + benefits + commission for filling the properties. Higher salaries can be considered.
