The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring efficient management, regulatory compliance, and exceptional service to clients and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse range of residential properties, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective problem-solving.
• Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors, facilitating communication and coordinating property-related tasks.
• Conduct regular property inspections, ensuring all properties comply with current laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee tenancy agreements, including the drafting, renewal, and termination processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
• Manage maintenance requests and repairs efficiently, liaising with contractors to guarantee timely completion of work and tenant satisfaction.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and assist in budgeting for property-related expenses.
• Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Relevant experience in property management, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients, tenants, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with property legislation, including tenancy laws, health and safety requirements, and best practices.
• Proficiency in property management software and general office applications.
• A full UK driving licence is preferred due to the travel requirements associated with property inspections.
