Client Side Commercial Property Manager

I am working with a highly established, family-owned real estate investment firm based in Manchester, seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Property Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with a forward-thinking company that values professional growth and career development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy Management: Oversee all aspects of tenancy management, including rent collection, service charge budgeting, and insurance billing. Manage new leasing, lease renewals, and rent reviews efficiently.
  • Relationship Building: Collaborate closely with the internal team and third-party stakeholders to build and maintain strong, productive relationships.
  • Service Charge Budgets: Take full responsibility for the management of service charge budgets and the services provided, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualifications: RICS qualification preferred, with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Applications from MRICS professionals qualified by experience are also welcome.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of property law, including Section 25 notices.
  • Skills: Exceptional ability to adapt, prioritize, and handle multiple demands and queries effectively. Proactive in problem-solving and taking the initiative to resolve issues.
