UK Staffing Group are currently looking for a talented sales manager in the property sector for a growing business based in Manchester City Centre. The successful sales manager will join a flourishing company within the property sector. Our client is opening a brand-new estate agency branch to their business and the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to build this arm of the business alongside of the senior leadership team.

Job Role:The successful candidate will have experience within residential estate agencies in Manchester. Using your organisational skills and your experience you will be entrusted to develop the estate agency side of the business. You’ll be trusted to meet with buyers / clients to show them on and off plan properties as well as developing prospects and selling the properties over the phone. You’ll be entrusted to manage the offer process and guide customers to buying property whilst providing excellent customer service. Your role will be based between the office and meeting clients.

Their team is made up of self-motivated and experienced individuals who can offer training and development support. The company has a great working culture where employees are valued and recognised for their achievements. The business is led by a seasoned Director in the property investment market who is ambitious and emphasises building and growing employees within the business. Essential skills/experience required:

  • Residential Estate Agency background
  • 3-5 years management experience
  • Understanding of Manchester geography

Desirable skills/experience:

  • Knowledge of future developments within Manchester
