The client is a Housing Association that provides accommodation to vulnerable tenants across the North West region. They offer a range of solutions including long term and temporary options to suit a range of lifestyles and budgets.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Rent and Service Charge Officer include:

  • Ensuring rents and service charges are communicated with tenants in a timely manner
  • Assisting with the calculations of new rents in line with policy
  • Responding to internal and external queries in relation to service charges
  • Maintaining accurate data within the housing system

Profile

The successful Rent and Service Charge Officer should have:

  • Ability to reconcile accounts
  • Experience working in Housing or local Government would be a bonus
  • Strong numerical skills - ability to use Excel to analyse large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Job Offer

  • £28,000 - £32,000 salary
  • Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office (Upon successful probation period)
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
