Description
The key responsibilities of the Rent and Service Charge Officer include:
- Ensuring rents and service charges are communicated with tenants in a timely manner
- Assisting with the calculations of new rents in line with policy
- Responding to internal and external queries in relation to service charges
- Maintaining accurate data within the housing system
Profile
The successful Rent and Service Charge Officer should have:
- Ability to reconcile accounts
- Experience working in Housing or local Government would be a bonus
- Strong numerical skills - ability to use Excel to analyse large datasets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Job Offer
- £28,000 - £32,000 salary
- Hybrid working - 2 days per week in the office (Upon successful probation period)
