We are proud to be partnering with a leading sales & Lettings Consultancy in Manchester. This role is working exclusively on high end Manchester city centre property within the resale market.

Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator/Consultant within Property is essential for this role, so we are looking to hear from anyone with previous estate agency sales negotiator experience in the Manchester area.

This is a genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Property Sales Negotiator to take your career to the next level. You will be working with some of the best housing stock in Manchester and will have a constant flow of highly desirable property to take to market. This is an end-to-end sales negotiator role so you will be managing clients’ expectations and relationships, marketing/promoting your housing stock, conducting viewings, negotiating offers and closing sales. You will also have the chance to get involved in valuations if you are looking to broaden your skills set.

This role offers one of the strongest commission structures on the market, you will make 10% of every fee and the scheme is uncapped so if you are ambitious and we hope you are, you can earn a lot of money!.

Where this role really differs though is the opportunity to develop and progress, you will be part of a small but emerging team so career progression within this role could happen quickly for the right person.
