£26,000 - £35,000 (plus uncapped monthly and annual bonus scheme)
Our client are an established National recruitment agency who have specialised in the legal market for over 20 years. The majority of their team come from a legal background making them experts in their field.
As market leaders they have a delivery focused approach, being the preferred supplier for several big client names across the UK.
The role
Your desk will be your own business to manage and grow. Our clients consultants focus on a specific geographical locations and set of legal practice areas, allowing them to become a true market specialist.
They are currently recruiting for an established recruitment desk based out of their Manchester office that focuses on recruiting lawyers at all levels into Residential Conveyancing roles across the Midlands.
As a legal recruiter their prestigious list of clients will look to you to consult with them, advise on the current legal market, devise and deliver a solution. Similarly, you'll work closely with legal professionals every day, helping them to make moves that advance their careers and meet important personal goals and motivations.
Experience required:
- At least 12 months experience within a full 360 recruitment agency role ideally within a professional sector
- Exceptional communication skills (Both verbal and written)
- Highly driven and self-motivated for success
- Confident and personal
- Professional and polished
- A keen, demonstrable interest in the Legal Sector
