COMPLIANCE MANAGER MANCHESTER PERMANENT UP TO £45k FULL TIME

Reporting into the Operations Director you will be:
- Lead and manage safety work programmes.
- Manage surveys, properties, and inspections.
- Handling complaints, investigating, and managing within relevant policies and procedures
- Engage with audits.
- Act as an emergency contact for out of hours calls.
You will have ideally come from a property or housing background where you have had hands on experience dealing with tenants.
