My client is a services business based in Trafford Park. They are recruiting this role on a permanent basis into their finance function, the business has an excellent culture and I have always received brilliant feedback from candidates I have helped to secure a role there for.
As a Senior Accounts and Administration Officer you will be responsible for a variety of finance and compliance/administrative duties within the business. This will include preparing the international payroll report on a monthly basis for authorisation and submission, liaising with the external agencies as well as preparing and distributing payslips, prepare and reconcile international expenses with analysis and summary, monitor international property lease expiry dates and renewal terms and processing rent invoices for payment, administration of international bank accounts and considering the requirements/compliance in relation to various countries such as filing of accounts deadlines and complying with company law.
This role will suit a candidate with experience in an office environment within an international business who has an understanding of both the accounts function and administrative/compliance based duties, with solid analytical skills and the ability to work under your own initiative, as well as strong Excel skills.
The role is paying up to £40,000 dependant on experience and will be based onsite 5 days a week, the business do operate a flexi-time system and give generous holidays as well as a bonus scheme.
