We're currently seeking a dynamic and driven Retail Partner to fill the position at The Railway. With over 175 years of brewing expertise, Joseph Holt has mastered the art of the perfect pint, and we're on the hunt for an enthusiastic retail partner to help showcase it.
The Railway is a stunning community pub located in Higher Openshaw, featuring ample outdoor seating at the front, while inside, the pub boasts two cozy rooms on either side of the entranceideal for socializing with friends and family. Moving further in, the space transitions into a spacious and versatile area at the back, perfectly suited for entertainment, quiz nights, and hosting a variety of functions. The Railway offers Sky and TNT Sports, making it an ideal destination for sports enthusiasts. This provides a valuable opportunity to drive revenue while creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for guests to enjoy live events.
As a Retail Partner, not only will you be responsible for managing your own team, but you'll also have the exciting task of positioning your pub as a vibrant community hub. What is a Retail Partner, you may ask?
It is the easiest way to run your own pub without the high entry costs of a traditional tenancy or lease agreement. You get paid a percentage of net turnover with your only expense being the wages of yourself and your team. We will cover the rest.

Previous experience operating £8k+ in sales each week
Previous Management experience in the hospitality industry
An interest/network in live music is beneficial but not essential.
