Right Now Group are working with a Global Forwarder who are looking to bring aboard a new young addition to their Manchester Force. This individual will be joining their Road Freight team, focused on Surface Transportation.The ideal candidate will be a recent colleague leaver, with ambition, drive and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:
- Taking requests and resolving them effectively and as efficiently as possible
- Speaking with overseas agents and clients, precisely and accurately
- Support of Senior Account Manager with day-to-day operations
- Ensuring the department manager is aware of the shipment status's
- Entering data into in-house system, generating orders and instruction for suppliers
- Input relevant information into internal system following strict procedures
Requirements:
- Keen to learn the industry
- Excellent Attention to Detail
- An interest in Logistics, ideally Road Freight
- Ability to liaise with global network of suppliers, agents and hauliers
- Drive to succeed
Salary: £21,000Location: ManchesterShift: Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm
