Our client is a multi-award-winning digital agency based in Manchester. They specialise in digital services across SEO, paid media, affiliates, programmatic and e-commerce. Their clients are in a variety of sectors including fashion, retail, e-commerce, sport and more.
Due to growth, they are looking for an Account Manager to work across strategy and performance.
Key responsibilities of the Account Manager:
- Manage several client accounts.
- Client retention management.
- Onboarding of new clients.
- Engage in client calls and meetings.
- Grow the accounts via upsells.
- Risk management.
Skills needed for the Account Manager:
- Full channel understanding across paid media, SEO, affiliates, programmatic, e-commerce.
- Agency background.
- Channel/technical expertise.
- Project management skills.
- Analytical experience.
