Business Development Manager

Remote / Hybrid /Office (Manchester - Northwest)

£30,000 - £45,000 DOE + uncapped commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the material handling sector.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Visit clients on-site to establish relationships, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Offer tailored solutions from a broad supplier list, providing flexibility to meet client needs.
  • Deliver exceptional service, maintaining relationships to foster repeat business.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, benefiting from multiple commission opportunities.

About You

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the material handling industry or similar.
  • Self-starter with a strong business development background and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent networking skills, with a well-established contact list in the industry highly desirable.
  • Adaptable and resourceful, leveraging a diverse supplier portfolio to meet varied client needs.
  • Results-driven with a passion for exceeding sales targets and earning substantial commissions.
