- Develop new business opportunities and manage key accounts for mechanical related equipment such as gear boxes, motors, power transmissions, and similar products / systems.
- Maintainingmechanical handling product and system sales with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
- Responsible for pre-sales technical assistance as well as providing end solution / application support for all customer needs / requirements.
- Provide after-sales support services and provide technical back up as required to customers within a variety of industries.
- Work remotely / field-based covering the UK including with regular visits to customer sites.
- Ideally based in or near Manchester, within a couple hours commute.
- Experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineer, Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Engineer or similarwithin a mechanical engineering environment.
- Experience selling or managing key accounts for mechanical equipment such as gear boxes, motors, power transmissions, however having sold similar mechanical products into related industries is also of interest.
- Candidates with proven sales experience in industries such as construction, mining, manufacturing, food, biomass waste / power generation are strongly advised to apply.
- Full clean driving license.
- Willingness to operate remotely with travel to customer sites across the UK.
