We are currently hiring for a Customer Account Manager position on behalf of our client, a leading distribution company based in Middleton.
This is a permanent Customer Account Manager role with an immediate start date.
Salary - £28,000 - £30,000
Hours Of Work – Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.
Customer Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture existing accounts, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- Cross-sell the full range of products to ensure clients receive a well-rounded service.
- Respond to email and telephone inquiries from customers.
- Coordinate with the logistics department to arrange carrier transportation, deliveries, and returns for customers.
- Record all collections and deliveries in the company's systems and order necessary stock.
- Assist with any other administrative or account management tasks as needed by the Office Manager.
Customer Account Manager Person Specification:
- Prior experience in internal sales, account management, or business development roles.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style to individual customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with a focus on producing high-quality work.
