Account Specialist - Tuition Services Team - Manchester

Our Student Support & Tuition Services team in Manchester is growing, and we are now looking for Account Specialists to join our Manchester team. You will be working with Universities, local authorities and schools, offering bespoke support and education packages to children and young people of all ages.

The role involves the recruitment and placement of specialist support workers to work with students and pupils, scheduling of support, working closely with universities, school and local authorities to evidence the impact of the support delivered to meet educational outcomes.

The expectations for this role:

  • Offer the best experience possible for all candidates working with Randstad's clients
  • Achieving targets if not, exceeding them
  • Work closely with candidates
  • To be empathetic & have a genuine care for those you work with
  • Be confident and comfortable speaking to people of all backgrounds
  • Manage a caseload effectively
  • Handle a high volume of stakeholder calls and emails, both in and outbound
  • Have good organisational skills to effectively manage your time
  • Be able to handle various objections, and use soft skills to help and support those you're in contact with
