Our Client is a Global giant that due to changes to internal systems is looking to appoint TWO Purchase Ledger Assistants on a temp to perm basis.
Working across end to end Purchase Ledger we are looking for characters who will enjoy and be able to cope with high volumes and a fast paced business and team.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO BE SUITED TO THE PURCHASE LEDGER ROLES;
- Match / Batch and Code Invoices
- Extensive Query Management - working Internally and Externally
- Work to clear a back log of Payments - working to prioritise Payments to be made now
- Daily making BACS Payments and sometime Bank Transfer Payments
- Prepare Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Assist with preparation for Month End
