Ontime Reports Ltd is a specialist medical agency that provides specialist support to its sister company Express Solicitors. A rapidly growing business that delivers full medical records, pagination services and provision for rehabilitation assistance.

The Role:

We are currently seeking to recruit a highly motivated person to work alongside the Sales and Purchase Ledger Supervisor.

You will be working as part of a four-strong Finance team, importing invoices, posting receipts, processing payments, liaising with suppliers, dealing with supplier statement reconciliations, daily banking functions, raising and posting sales and purchase credit notes.

About you:

  • Are you someone who wants to develop a career in finance but not looking to go into accountancy?
  • Are you someone that is confident with numbers and accountancy software?

  • Do you want to be an integral part of a rapidly growing company?
  • While previous experience of working in an accounting environment would be an advantage, this is not essential, and the successful candidate will be provided with full, on the job training.

Salary, Working Hours & Benefits:

  • The starting salary is £18,280.60- £24,113.96 (based on 37 hours per week)
  • Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 4.30pm Friday
  • 23 days holiday, rising one day per year to a max of 26 days, plus bank/public holidays
  • 3 holiday buy backs per year after one year of service
  • Private medical insurance available after two years' service
  • Death in Service - 2 x salary based on annual salary only - eligibility commences when you join the company
