Food Technology Teacher - Manchester - Summer term Prospero Teaching is looking for a qualified Food Technology Teacher to join a 'good' secondary school in Manchester on a full time basis for the Summer term; from April until July.2025. This position is open to ECTs or experienced teachers. It is essential that you have experience teaching Food Technology in a UK school. You will be required to deliver excellent and engaging lessons to KS3 & KS4 pupils. KS3 & KS4 Summer Term Temporary Full time Minimum daily rate GBP162.31 Hours 8:15am 4pm, plus parents evenings & departmental meetings ___________________________________________________________________________ Food Technology Teacher Experience, Training and Qualification: QTS or equivalent PGCE / SCITT / TEACH FIRST / GTP Experience teaching Food Technology in a UK school Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, however training provided by Prospero) Prevent awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, however, training is provided by Prospero) FGM training (essential, however training can be provided) Hold an enhanced DBS that is on the update service, or, be willing to obtain a new DBS.
