Cover People are recruiting on behalf of one of our South Manchester secondary schools who are looking for a Teacher of Geography to start from April 2025 until the end of the school year, 18th July 2025. Our client school are looking for a Teacher of Geography who possesses excellent subject knowledge at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 Level and good behaviour management skills.
The role:
- Teacher of Geography, KS3 - KS4
- Start April 2024
- Finish July 2025
- Full time position
- Excellent subject knowledge is essential.

- Large secondary school in South Manchester
- Ofsted rating 'Good' school
- 1200+ pupils on roll
- 11-18 school
The essentials:
- QTS or equivalent
- Experience teaching Geography across key stage 3 and key stage 4
- Enhanced Child workforce DBS on the update service or be prepared to undertake a new one
- Full and complete 10-year career history
- Minimum of 2 references including your most recent employment reference
- Legal right to work in the UK
