Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Duration: Permanent

Job Role

We are seeking experienced and passionate QTS English School Teachers to join a vibrant school in Manchester on an immediate basis. This role will involve working as a QTS English Teacher, covering classes across different year groups. You’ll be delivering pre-planned lessons, ensuring the students continue to receive high-quality education during the absence of the regular teacher.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.
• Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
• Working collaboratively with school staff and providing consistent support to students.
• Completing any necessary administrative tasks related to the classes being covered.

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and at least 1-2 years of teaching experience in a UK for PRU school.
• Strong knowledge of the UK secondary curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS Check (must be in place or willing to apply for one).
• Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt quickly.
• A commitment to providing high-quality education in a supportive environment.
