Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons to secondary school students across various subjects.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Ensure that the school’s policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines are followed.
  • Adapt quickly to new teaching environments, ensuring continuity of learning.
  • Manage classroom behavior with a calm, firm, and fair approach.
  • Liaise with school staff and communicate any important feedback or concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A qualified teacher with a valid QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in secondary schools (preferred but not essential).
  • A passion for teaching and a desire to make a positive impact on students' learning.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different settings.
  • A professional attitude with a commitment to safeguarding and the well-being of students.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to undergo a DBS check).
