We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work in a Year 4 class. You will:

• Provide tailored support to pupils during lessons.
• Lead small intervention groups to boost attainment in core subjects such as English and Maths.
• Cover the class when required, ensuring continuity and a high standard of education.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of engaging learning activities.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• Have experience working in a primary school setting, preferably in KS2.
• Be confident in leading intervention groups and covering classes.
• Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage pupils effectively.
