Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off / 7am - 7pm

As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our facilities, managing a team of security personnel, and ensuring the protection of our property and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to enhance safety and security.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for security personnel on safety protocols, emergency response, and customer service.
  • Monitor security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, and access control systems.
  • Perform regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Investigate security breaches, incidents, and other disturbances, documenting findings and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to security activities and incidents.
  • Report Writing
  • Welfare Checks
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and visitors.
Essential Requirements
  • SIA LICENCE
  • CCTV LICENCE
  • 5 Year checkable work history
  • Valid full UK manual driving licence.
  • At least 5 year's experience in the security sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management and ability to plan workload effectively.
