Site Services Manager

Negotiable salary with car allowance, bonus and full benefits package.

North-West England (Regional role)- (Manchester rough base location).

Mon-Fri with hybrid working when role allows.

My client are a leader in the supply of valves, fittings and flow control equipment to the Water, Wastewater, Oil and Gas industries throughout the world. They are looking to recruit a Regional Site Services Manager.

Role;

In this role you will have the responsibility for the delivery all service works within a defined region. The core function is to plan and coordinate service works, by ensuring project management, site labour resources, materials, plant, and sub-contractors are scheduled, allocated and managed effectively. You will have management responsibility for all Project Engineers and Site Technicians in the region.

Duties;

  • Project planning and management
  • Commercial and budget management
  • Arrange scoping of site works
  • Quotations
  • Provide progress updates on project plans to enable accurate turnover forecasting and labour scheduling
  • H&S management
  • People management
  • Compliance management
  • Documentation

Requirements;

  • Previous experience in a similar role water industry preferred but not essential.
  • Strong commercial awareness (forecasting, construction contracts, change management)
  • Strong planning and organisation skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Subcontractor management.
  • Customer facing.
  • Excellent communication and solution orientated problem-solving ability.
  • Full driving licence
