Key Responsibilities:- Provide care, support, and guidance to children and young people in a residential setting.
- Lead and mentor a team of support workers, ensuring best practices in care and safeguarding.
- Promote a positive, safe, and nurturing environment where young people can thrive.
- Support young people with daily activities, education, and emotional well-being.
- Work collaboratively with external professionals, including social workers, education providers, and healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans to support each young person's individual needs.
? NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Children and Young People) - Essential? UK Driving Licence - Essential? Previous experience working in a children's residential home at a senior or leadership level.? Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.? Ability to build positive relationships and provide emotional and behavioural support.
