Job Description
Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Family Contact Worker with Manchester City Council.
Manchester City Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 37 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Supervise family time with looked after children and their families
- Transport children to and from where required (own car required)
- Complete observations of family time
- Offer guidance and support to families
Requirements
- Experience working with children and families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license and access to own car
- Ability to complete observations and maintain accurate records
Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma for Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent Or, willingness to work towards this qualification
