Key Role Descriptors:
- Facilitate, supervise, and observe Contact visits, providing support and advice to children and parents.
- Undertake observation and assessment of Supervised Contact visits.
- Provide information and accurately record Contacts, monitoring the review action plan with the Social Worker.
Key Role Accountabilities:
- Understand Child Protection procedures and MCC social work procedures.
- Contribute to the assessment of child and family needs using the Assessment Framework.
- Manage all aspects of Contact visits, resolving behavioural and emotional issues.
- Ensure accurate and complete Child’s Contact Records.
- Commit to continuous self-development and service improvement.

- Understanding of child development and experience with children and families.

- Current driving licence and use of a vehicle for transporting to and from family time.
