Based on continuous growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Health and Social Care Trainer to join our dynamic training team in this pivotal role.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a seasoned trainer who has a solid background working within the Health and Social Care sector to deliver high quality mandatory training both virtually and face to face throughout the UK.

The ideal candidate will be based in the Northwest of England or be able to commute to the Manchester or Preston office 1-2 times per week and will be flexible to travel throughout the UK when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement captivating training programmes focused on mandatory training for the Adult social care sector

  • Conduct engaging training sessions both virtually and face to face, using effective public speaking techniques to facilitate learning.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and sessions, gathering feedback and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

  • Maintain and ensure that training content is relevant to both social care and clinical clients and is up to date.

  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the sector to incorporate current practices into training sessions.

  • Working in collaboration with other departments within the business to design and implement bespoke training as per our clients requests.

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNAs) with clients

  • Experience of using an LMS for managing training records.

What Were Looking For

  • Experienced Health and Social Care Trainer with a minimum of 3 years of experience delivering mandatory training

  • Full UK Drivers License

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage learners

  • Level 5 Diploma in Management (Desirable but not essential)

  • Experience holding a Management / Supervisory role within the Health and Social Care industry.

  • Hold Assessor and/or IQA Qualification (Desirable but not essential)

  • Experience of using an LMS (learning management system)
