End Point Assessor - Adult Care (Level 5)

My client is passionate about empowering individuals and organisations to achieve their full potential through innovative learning and development. They are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated End Point Assessor (EPA) with expertise in Adult Care to join their team.
In this vital role, you will work closely with apprentices and their employers to plan, deliver, and report on End Point Assessments. Using your professional knowledge and experience, you will make fair, consistent, and independent assessment decisions in line with apprenticeship standards and grading criteria.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct End Point Assessments in accordance with set standards and grading criteria.
Provide clear, objective decisions on overall grades.
Maintain up-to-date sector knowledge and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and promptly.
Represent my client with professionalism and integrity.
What You'll Bring:
Level 5 qualification in Care Management.
A recognised quality assurance qualification.
Assessor qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA, A1).
Proven hands-on experience in Adult Care at management level.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital systems (training will be provided for EPAPro).
