GRADUATE WELLBEING COUNSELLOR

LOCATION: MANCHESTER - FULL TIME OFFICE.

WORKING DAYS AND HOURS: MONDAY TO FRIDAY 9AM - 5PM.

SALARY: £26k + FANTASTIC BENEFITS

As a graduate counsellor, you will be taking part in a 6-month programme learning about safeguarding, CBT and getting exposure to various types of calls, with a view to move into a permanent wellbeing counsellor position working various shift patterns.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

  • Minimum BACP Accredited Degree or Diploma Level 4 in Counselling & minimum of 100 counselling hours
  • Great communication and customer service skills
  • High level of organisational ability; ability to multitask.
  • Be able to work towards deadlines and be motivated by targets.
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Ability to work with telephony and CRM systems.
