Key Responsibilities: • Lead design team workshops and manage project workstreams • Conduct energy and carbon modelling for Part L compliance • Develop sustainable design strategies for planning applications • Deliver operational energy assessments • Mentor junior team members • Drive innovative R&D projects • Manage client relationships and project delivery
Essential Requirements: • Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant field • Proven experience with IESVE for energy/carbon calculations • In-depth knowledge of Building Regulations Part L • Experience with non-domestic energy assessments • Security clearance eligibility • Strong team leadership capabilities
Desirable: • HVAC modelling experience • Experience in multiple sectors (property/education/defence) • Professional membership of relevant bodies
